Billing and Access Issues
What to do when paid areas are locked, checkout was not completed, or billing status looks wrong.
If an area is completely locked, the issue is often billing access. If the page opens but one button or action is missing, the issue is often your organization role.
Paid Areas Are Locked
If QR codes, domains, analytics, or media are unavailable, the organization may not currently have billing access.
Start by opening the Billing page and checking:
- current plan
- status
- whether checkout is still pending
Use that order first before trying anything else.
If the page is visible but one specific action is missing, check your organization role too. Missing controls are not always a billing problem.
Checkout Was Not Finished
If you started checkout but left before it completed, GeoQR can show the selected plan as pending. Choose that plan again to continue the checkout flow.
I Can Open Billing but Not the Rest of the App
That is expected when billing access is missing. Billing stays available so you can fix the problem, while paid feature areas remain locked.
A Simple Recovery Order
Open Billing.
Check whether checkout is incomplete.
Resume the pending plan if needed.
Refresh the app after billing access returns.
I Can See the Organization but Not Manage Billing
That usually means your role does not allow billing changes. In many teams, only owners and admins handle plan changes.
I Want To Delete My Organization but Cannot
GeoQR blocks organization deletion while paid or trial access is still active. Resolve the billing state first, then try the deletion flow again.
