The fastest way to set up GeoQR and reach your dashboard.

Navigate the Dashboard
Step 4Learn the app shell, account menu, and the main places you will return to after setup.
Recommended Order
Start with Create and Sign In.
Continue to Join or Create an Organization.
Use Choose a Plan if your setup requires billing access before launch.
Finish with Navigate the Dashboard so you know where domains, billing, and QR workflows live.
What You Need Before You Begin
- An email address you can access.
- An organization invitation, or a plan to create your own organization.
- A destination URL you want your QR codes to open.
- If you want branded links, a domain or subdomain you control.
What Happens First
After you sign in, GeoQR checks whether you already belong to an organization.
- If you do, you can continue into the app.
- If you do not, GeoQR sends you to onboarding so you can join an organization or create one.
What To Open Next
Once you reach the dashboard, most new users should continue with:
- Domains, if branded links matter to you
- Media, if you want to use logos or images
- Create a QR Code, to publish your first working QR
If Setup Feels Blocked
The most common reasons are:
- you are signed in with a different email than the one that received the invitation
- your organization does not yet have billing access
- your role does not allow the action you expected
